Welcoming our 2026 partners
We are delighted to introduce the six organisations joining The Pearce Foundation’s 2026 cohort— three new partners beginning their journey with us for the first time, and three returning partners who have previously worked with us.
This year we are also piloting a new Light Touch Programme of Support, developed in direct response to feedback from previous partners. Two of our returning partners are taking part in this pilot. You can read more about it here.
Our new partners
Creative Beatz
Creative Beatz provides opportunities for young people to access and engage in the arts through weekly drop-in sessions, workshops and education projects. They create platforms for young people to develop skills, collaborate with others and share their work confidently within their community.
Our onboarding session with founder Sarah took place at their JAM Café in Chichester — a thriving creative community space where all profits go back into supporting the young people at Creative Beatz.
We began by exploring what support will look like over the coming months, including a DISC session and a Theory of Change session. As always, we start with the leader before moving into the organisation itself, because we believe sustainable impact begins with clarity, self-awareness and strong foundations.
Sunshine Coast Breastfeeding Support
Sunshine Coast Breastfeeding Support is a volunteer-led charity providing weekly breastfeeding cafés, clinics and regular events across Eastbourne and the surrounding areas. Their belief is simple and powerful: that every family should be able to have the breastfeeding journey that works for them.
Our first session with trustees Viv and Sam explored leadership reflections alongside practical areas including strategy, impact, communications and systems. Our role is to help strengthen the scaffolding around the valuable work they are already doing, so they can continue to grow with clarity, confidence and sustainability.
The Plot, Stanmer Park
The Plot is a creative outdoor therapeutic community space in Brighton, supporting mental health, community connection and social equality. Founded by Jess, they provide free and low-cost access to nature-based and creative activities for people facing mental health challenges and social hardship — including ecotherapy, growing projects, environmental arts, community events and both individual and group therapy with experienced practitioners.
Our onboarding session focused on what matters most to Jess personally and professionally, and introduced the shape of the programme ahead — moving through four stages of Discover, Dream, Design and Deliver.
Our returning partners
Wellbody Wellmind Wellbeing
We were delighted to welcome back Nicole and Maria from Wellbody Wellmind Wellbeing, whom we last worked with in 2024. As part of our three-stage grant-making process, we invite all partners to reapply every other year, and Wellbody Wellmind Wellbeing are joining us this year on our Full Programme.
Our onboarding session with them created space to pause and reflect — exploring what has changed since they were last here, what they want to achieve this year, and what their ambitions are over the next three years. By the end of the session, we had clarified key priorities for the months ahead, including revisiting their Theory of Change and strengthening their strategy, finances, fundraising and communications.
Andy’s Angels and Community Supporters — Light Touch Programme
Andy’s Angels and Community Supporters are joining us this year as the first participants in our new Light Touch Programme — a flexible offer for returning partners who want to stay connected and supported without rejoining the full programme. We are genuinely excited to be piloting this with two organisations we know well and trust.
You can read more about the Light Touch Programme and what it includes in this News post.
A warm welcome to all six organisations. We look forward to sharing more about their journeys over the months ahead.
