    With over 20 years of experience, Caz has written, reviewed, and edited hundreds of successful grant applications. She supports our charity partners through all stages of the fundraising process, from preparing for funding to writing applications and exploring next steps.     Zoya is a communications professional with experience in journalism and advertising before moving into the charity sector. She has worked with several charities to support their digital communication needs. With the Pearce Foundation, she supports our charity partners in strategising and sharpening their social media presence .
