We're delighted to share our annual report for 2024-25 — and what a year it's been.

This year we welcomed four new charity partners: Apron Creative, Eastbourne Trampoline, Head to the Sky, and Kitchen Sessions. We also welcomed back Flourish Mentors, our very first pilot partner, returning for the next stage of their journey with us. Each organisation brought its own story, and it has been a genuine privilege to walk alongside them.

One thing our partners told us clearly this year: the connections they made with each other were just as valuable as the support we provided. That spirit of peer learning is something we're actively building on as we develop our programme.

We also said a heartfelt goodbye to founding trustee Janice Taylor, whose three-year contribution has shaped so much of how we think and work. Thank you, Janice.

Our Policies

All our policies are reviewed annually and compliance reported against them at the second Trustees’ meeting of the year. The exception is the Investment & Reserves Policy which is reviewed in January alongside the budget and strategy to help inform activities that year.

Any policy breaches are addressed and reported to our Board of Trustees.
