Welcoming Returning Partners to Our New Light Touch Programme 2026

We’re pleased to be piloting our new Light Touch Programme of Support, developed in direct response to feedback from partners who have previously taken part in our programmes.

As we finalise this year’s Full Programme cohort, the Light Touch Programme offers a new way for returning partners to stay connected and supported, without needing to take part in the full programme again.

Yesterday, we were delighted to welcome back Kayla Shepherd from Andy’s Angels and Lindsay White from Community Supporters for their onboarding session, marking the start of this pilot.

Shaped by Partner Feedback

Partners told us they valued continued access to support, shared learning and relationships, but didn’t always need the same level of input each time they rejoined. The Light Touch Programme has been designed to respond to this feedback, offering flexibility while maintaining meaningful connection.

The programme also aligns with our approach of inviting previous partners to reapply every other year, helping ensure support remains relevant and well-timed.

What the Light Touch Programme Includes

Partners taking part in the Light Touch Programme will receive:

  • A £1,500 grant

  • Three check-in sessions with Jane

  • Invitations to peer support sessions

  • Access to our skill-sharers

The Light Touch Programme will run until the end of July, alongside our Full Programme, which continues until the end of October.

Looking Ahead

We’re really pleased to be working alongside Andy’s Angels and Community Supporters again as we pilot this new approach. Learning from this programme will help shape how we continue to offer flexible, partner-led support in the future.
