Pearce Foundation Wraps Up 2025 Programme

The Pearce Foundation brought its 2025 partnership programme to a close earlier this month as partners gathered in the garden cabin to celebrate the year's work.

Throughout 2025, our partner leaders brought resilience, determination and adaptability to their work. They navigated challenges with humour and commitment to their missions.

Reflecting on Impact

The programme concluded with a peer evaluation session. Partners reflected on their progress and worked together to shape the future direction of Pearce Foundation support.

Strengthening our approach

Through these reflections, we identified opportunities to enhance the programme, including refining structural elements, providing budgeting guidance, deepening peer learning, and fostering connections between cohorts.

The Foundation thanks the 2025 partners for their openness, courage and commitment during this stage of their organisational development.

We are now reviewing applications for the 2026 cohort. The new cohort will be welcomed in February 2026.
