We aim to strengthen the capacity of organisations so they can meet the needs of their beneficiaries more effectively.
We share
We encourage Partners to share skills with others in a circular model that promotes the principles of giving and receiving.

The Pearce Foundation exists to help fledgling charities thrive. We believe that the right investment in people and organisations is essential for this to happen.
We provide a range of tailored support to strengthen our partners’ capacity in a meaningful and sustainable way.

Who we support
We form supportive partnerships with small, fledgling organisations working in Sussex.
Organisations will have been operating for two years or less, with an income of less than £50,000 a year.
