Welcoming Steph Hague-Evans to our network of skill-sharers

We are delighted to welcome Steph Hague-Evans to the Pearce Foundation’s growing network of skill-sharers.

Steph is an experienced people professional who is passionate about helping organisations create healthy, supportive and thriving workplace cultures. Drawing on her background in human resources and operations, she brings extensive experience in developing effective systems, strengthening teams and helping organisations grow with confidence.

As an accredited executive coach, facilitator and mediator, Steph supports leaders and teams to approach workplace challenges with honesty, empathy and clarity. Her work is grounded in the belief that “clear is kind” and that open, thoughtful communication can help organisations build stronger relationships and healthier ways of working.

Steph will be working with our Charity Partners to support their HR and Operations processes.

Steph has already begun working alongside Jess from The Plot, offering practical support across a range of people and organisational development projects. Her knowledge, insight and collaborative approach are already proving valuable, and we are excited to see how this work develops.

Our skill-sharers contribute their professional knowledge and experience to help the organisations we support build their confidence, strengthen their foundations and work through challenges. We feel incredibly fortunate to have Steph as part of this growing community.
