Welcoming Carla Moody to The Pearce Foundation as a Skill-Sharer

We're delighted to welcome Carla Moody to The Pearce Foundation as our newest skill-sharer.

Carla brings twenty years of experience working in and alongside the NHS, holding senior roles across finance, regulation, policy and audit. Throughout her career, she has led financial strategy, governance and transformation across complex health systems — developing deep expertise in financial planning, risk management, partnership working and board-level leadership.

She currently works as a Finance Director in the NHS, a role rooted in a genuine commitment to improving patient care and experience. It's that same values-led approach that she now brings to her work with us.

As part of our team, Carla will be supporting our partner charities in strengthening their financial sustainability, improving stewardship and ultimately delivering greater impact for the communities they serve — exactly the kind of wraparound, skilled support that sits at the heart of what The Pearce Foundation does.

We asked Carla what drew her to the Foundation:

"I am delighted to join the Pearce Foundation and to have an opportunity to work closely with local charities and enable them to thrive. The Foundation has already made such a huge difference to the organisations it has supported; it is really exciting to be part of the team."

We feel exactly the same way, Carla — welcome aboard.
